My wife had a sudden hearing loss event over the weekend. Monday morning, we got an appointment to see the ENT but needed a hearing test to know the extent of the hearing loss. None of the local audiologists, we have worked with over the years, could fit my wife into their schedules. The receptionist at Hearing & Balance Solutions told me the doctor was out of the office making house calls btu she would call her and get back to me. Under an emergency situation, Hearing & Balance Solutions fit me in for a hearing test. The treatment was excellent and thorough. This was my first visit with them, and I heard professional advice that I had not heard before. I was impressed with the knowledge and interest in my hearing situation. Would definitely recommend and plan to make them my regular audiologists. I was seen by Dr. Abigail Ritinski, Au.D.
