Dr. Jones listens to what you have to say, and he "reads between the lines" and is knowledgeable enough to know just exactly what the problem is and what the solution is. He treated my painful/cramping feet by "fixing" my veins a few months ago, and I have experienced such great relief, I sleep through the night with no problem, so I feel really good during the day. All thanks to Dr. Jones. He can fix your problem without pain or discomfort. I am so thankful I met him.
Dr. Jones was kind, concerned and proficient in his care of my varicose veins. When I needed some touch up, he was quick to schedule additional sessions until all the work was completed. I found him to listen to my concerns, and his personable nature assuaged my fears and gave me the confidence to explain all the problems I was having with my legs. I felt safe! His staff was well trained, worked well together, and concerned about my comfort as well as performing their parts of the procedure.
Excellent service, gave the time needed and explained everything in detail.

I was nervous to have the procedures done on my varicose veins and they were all very professional and allayed my fears completely. I’ve had 5 procedures done to my legs now, the entire staff is extremely nice and professional . Although the procedures can be uncomfortable, the staff is precise and calm which helps you feel relaxed . Dr. Jones and Poole are very informative and great at what they do. I would recommend Heart of Dixie to anyone that needs to treat their legs and veins. I wish I would’ve done this sooner now that I know how “pleasant”the experience was.
