My new mouth guard was not fitting correctly and i brought it to my 6 month cleaning today. The Dental tech tried repeatedly to adjust the guard so it would fit correctly but she want not satisfied with the fit. She called the vendor and Heart of the City will send it back to the vendor and they issued a credit. Heart of the City will send my mouth guard films to another vendor they use to get a new mouth guard at no cost.
