Warm staff! Cold room temperature due to air conditioning
The entire staff from checking in for my appointment to my hygienist were friendly, welcoming, and very professional. All questions were answered to my satisfaction about insurance concerns and additional information regarding ongoing oral care were provided. My experiences have always been positive since coming to this practice.

Hygienist was thorough and did an excellent job… She explained what she was checking and gave comments on my home dental care (was very complimentary on the cleaning job I had been doing)…Dentist was excellent and I had a lot of confidence in her exam.. Both of these people are very positive and it is a pleasure to have them do my dental work! I think Heart of the City Dental is THE BEST!!!
