Couldn’t have teeth cleaned ‘cause I had a heart attack 3 weeks ago. But Noni and I had a wonderful conversation and scheduled an appointment for December.
As far as my A1C info, my last visit with my General Practitioner was on 4/3/2023 where he expected a blood sample to be drawn on 10/3/2025 and set up the lab orders for then. The last recorded A1C was "7.6 (H) meaning High? < = 5.6. verbally Dr Malvey told me I could stop taking Metformin. We will know more after 10/3/2025 This visit to Heart of the City was based on a cancellation and I don't think I have ever seen the ❤️OTC Team working in such precision. Sincerely JM

❤️Heart of The City is the “best” dental experience I have ever had. From when I walk into the office I am taken care of. The staff at the front desk welcome me. The hygienist does an awesome job. The dentist is very knowledgeable and thorough. I get my questions answered. I would highly recommend this dental 🦷 office in a “❤️ Beat”!!!! I leave the office smiling and feeling great!
Great experience again this week. Love dealing with great people. 17 year customer here and thoroughly enjoy working with all of them!
You Rock! It is not my favorite place to be and I get very anxious but Kim and Dr. Heidi well everyone there always makes me feel very much at ease comfortable and like they are on my side they know what it’s like and they do the best to make the experience better. so thank you for that. It really helps and every time I go I freak out when I cam done I think that wasn’t even that bad because the people there make it so great thank you Kim and Dr. Heidi and everyone peace

Noni has taken good care of me for years and did so again today for the last time as she is retiring. All was excellent!! Very thorough, great communication as work was being done, and both doctor and hygienist were so very professional and positive! I have such confidence in my dental care because of the outstanding staff!!
