Heartland restaurant makes transactions easy Overall, I’d say it’s a good system and reliable when it’s not rebooting PROS It works well for pos system easy to install. CONS It glitches. I’ve had issues sometimes with the system restarting in the middle of a transaction REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO HEARTLAND RESTAURANT Needed a more sophisticated system for multiple orders. Avoid costly mistake in processing payroll PROS Best things about this software is it availability to be access from web-browser which mean can be used from anywhere. Eliminate manual payroll management that is time consuming and save the time for other pressing tasks. Reduce mistake in calculating payroll and payment. Great product and support! Amazing! They are easy to get ahold of and get me taken care of usually fairly quickly. PROS I love how everything is included and how great their customer support is.
