App SUCKS. I'm in the system. Facial recognition at work. I get emails saying how much I worked every 2 weeks Try to log in to the mobile app and it says invalid user/password. Useless.
Too bad i cant leave no stars. A whole week of defending myself to my boss because this app is completely useless. Customer service is useless and only answers by resetting the login. When the app actually doesnt work. Complete trash 0/5 stars if i could
This app is very problematic and the company offers very little help with the issues
It always throws an error saying invalid username and password. While you can login with same username and password through web.
Can't even login on the app yet go online and it let's me login. Just terrible..
This app is terrible. I wouldn't use it if i wasnt required to by my employer. However, this app is awful. Almost every time, it will freeze when trying to take a photo. This is unacceptable and should not be happening. Fix this and ill change the rating.... Still terrible. Usually, i have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work.
Have had to setup account twice and now am unable to log on in AGAIN already.
