The receptionist was very kind and helpful in helping me set up an appointment. After the appointment, she even spent time helping me to set up the patient portal. Dr Bishop explained everything to me in great detail. He spent time with me to be sure I understood everything he was saying.

Staff in marion was very helpful and was able to get me rescheduled in carbondale same day when Dr Nolan was unavailable, the staff in Carbondale was super nice and helpful, they all were very professional and got me in and out in a timely manner, thank you!
