The nurse practitioner was very good to explain everything. The only thing I was disappointed when I didn't get a result from the test. She said they would call within the week and I still haven't heard from them.

I’m a young mother who is new to all of this. I was having some trouble filling out the paperwork and the nice lady at the front desk assisted me multiple times, and answered my questions she never made me feel like less just because I’m young and didn’t really know what I was doing. Not having anybody there with me was really tough, but all of the women who helped me during my first appointment were incredibly sweet and understanding.
