As a new patient your medical staff and doctor made me feel so at ease, and they way Dr Young listened to me and my concerns made everything about my first visit so easy. It can be hard and uncomfortable to run through your medical issues with someone you've never met before, but I was completely at ease and comforted with the way my concerns were listened to and addressed.
