The check-In time and the receptionist are very nice at the Shiloh, IL office where I go. The clinical professionals are AWESOME!
Because of long wait. Had to wait 50 minutes in room for doctor. First time I ever waited that long. If it happens next year I will give a much lower rating

Wait times are appropriate; staff is personable and fun; medical staff is professional and interested in our lives. You don’t get that often in other places. Nice to be valued!
