It was a cold and unwelcoming environment. The ladies at the front desk seemed busy and bothered when I walked in. Dr. Helen was short with her words and procedures. It felt like more of a bother to be there.

I love how Dr. Boyd is such a caring and knowledgeable doctor!
Checking out not efficient, seemed unorganized because you checked out with the same people checking in and I wasnt quite sure what to do.
I would give Heartland a 10 if only I didn't have to call into a call center in another location anytime I needed to talk with someone.
Everyone is professional but the wait is generally too long. Over an hour my last appointment,
