I was very impressed with Ania Schifano who spent a very long time with me figuring out what was the best treatment . She was kind, respectful and attentive. I was processed very quickly before and after the visit.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Their waiting room had little space when I arrived but that means it’s a good place that many people go too. Nice welcoming environment. Always had a good experience there, hopeful many more to come.

I saw Dr. Covlin. He was so very down to earth, personable, knowledgeable, and set me at ease as soon as he walked in. He blew my mind how much he knew about menopause!

It went well. I was in & out of my appointment in a very reasonable amount of time. Staff was pleasant & knowledgeable. However, my digital chart was it updated from last two visits. Chart was updated this visit. However, confirming my appointment was an issue. I received 6 notifications to confirm my appointment. This was very annoying.

I always have a great experience with the doctors and nurse practioners at the shiloh office, but the front desk ladies are kind of rude. They dont make you feel welcomed at all and when i was making a follow up appointment the lady didnt even asked me if the date or time worked for me she just made the appointment and said have a nice day.
