I usually always have a pleasant experience every time I have come for an appointment. I was seen recently for tenderness of my left breast. The medical assistant taking my history was condescending and made me feel stupid for being there to the point that I almost walked out instead of staying for my appointment. My midwife did the exam and was very compassionate and understanding of my concerns.
