The reception wasn't friendly. I walked in and no one had clients. One black lady looked at the white ones and just ignored me. Finally one of the white ones looked up and helped me. As I waited, I noticed she did all the patients that came through the door this way. I guess she didn't want to work. The Dr was really nice.

This is my first time to visit the clinic. Checking in online is convenient. When I arrived, the wait is not long and the receptionist was accommodating. I was just surprised that the nurse practitioner who consulted me was not the one I was booked. But I’m still thankful for NP Jennifer Clay for explaining and consulting me. And I’m hoping my next visit with the OB GYN won’t be rescheduled anymore.
