Upon entering the facility it was extremely clean. The two front ladies at the reception desk both greeted me which was an A++ for me. I was checked in at timely manner and the process was easy. I was called to the back by Bryanna(not sure if correct spelling) the MA. She was so sweet and friendly. Bryanna took my vitals ,we exchanged small talk which was awesome and made me feel at ease. Was very disappointed to find out the practice was not accepting any Medicare advantage plans. I had to use my regular Medicare card. I hope they get this problem straightened out.

The people where amazing from the reception desk to the medical assistant to Sarah Smith, WHNP to the Lab technician. Everyone was freindly and kind the office clean and very professional.
