Very friendly
Love it here
I absolutely love Dr. Helen and her husband Dr. Frank. I went to them before they merged with heartland and they are the only reason why I am still with them now.
The front desk staff is always nice and friendly but the providers aren’t the friendliest; especially considering the patient is having very personal procedures done. It would make the situation far more comfortable and relaxing if the providers were genuinely friendlier.

The entire experience.
Because every one that I came into contact with treated me so nice. Everybody was friendly.Believe it or not I was having a hard time that day. I was Remembering my deceased Mom that day. It was her birthday. I was so sad at first but it was like all different when I got there. Everybody was laughing and talking to me and just being polite. You never know what the person that’s standing next to you is going through. It pays to be nice to people. We all need each other for some reason or the other. Thank y’all I needed that.
The wait time is not long, and the staff is pleasant.
They have a wonderful set of doctors who are very patient and knowledgeable.
