Heartwood trimmed our olive trees and other trees at our home. Their communication was great and their work was excellent. Howard is not satisfied with the job until the customer is delighted with the work. We will definitely use them in the future and have recommended them to our neighbors.
We have used Heartwood the last couple of times when we needed our trees trimmed. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They have done outstanding work to ensure our trees back properly to facilitate future growth. The crew were respectful of our property and the other plants around the trees. I love my ash trees, so I did a lot of research before choosing Heartwood Tree Care. They did an amazing job with my 3 ash trees. They were easy to communicate with and they came out quickly to look at the trees and give me an estimate. Heartwood did a great job removing a 70ft Aleppo pine tree from my yard. They brought in a crane and knocked out the whole project, including grinding the stump, in about 4.5 hours. They were very professional and left the site super clean when they left. I had a couple companies bid the job, and Howard’s bid was more than fair for what it included. Overall I’m very happy I went with Heartwood and would definitely use them again.
