I am still so warmed, like in my soul, from how nice they were. From the adorably amazing receptionist to Alison the Hearing Specialists. They were patient and professional but so warm & kind. I was in a horrible mood and I'm just so happy to have had them help my Pops & see him hear and his eyes light up! Thanks Guys! 😊
This was an absolutely perfect visit. Dr Alison was professional and listened to my needs. There was a minor issue with my insurance and she handled it till the issue was resolved and then called me to let me know the outcome. I look forward to picking up my hearing aids next week. So pleased with everything at the Hear USA in Bay Ridge. Highly recommended.
Professional and courteous. Very clean and state of the art facility. Alison Rooney the Audiologist is amazing and takes the time to explain and answer all your questions. It’s great to be able to hear especially when your missing out on hearing. Kim the receptionist is friendly and it’s a pleasure to recommend this business

Good customer service helps everyone how comes through the door and the place is clean and easy to find. Come with an appointment. The unisex bathroom is available for visitors and wheelchair accessible.
