Buyer beware and don’t be fooled by the fact they lease space in a hospital. Sounds like the previous employee Tori had a good reputation, but the guy thats there now, not so much! He charged me more than what I could buy anywhere else, plus added $200 for batteries on a set that are rechargeable from the factory, that’s like a shady car dealer charging extra for wheels and tires to drive your new car home. Tori and staff were great to work with. Tori is so knowledgeable of Lyric hearing aids and takes the time to answer and explain any questions you have. I now have another audiologist that I can work with and am excited to have her taking care of my hearing needs.

I really like the receptionist and Tori, the Audiologist doctor. She is personable, caring, knowledgeable, and efficient. She has a great memory, she remembered me after I had only been in once and then didn't come in for over six months, and she remembered me and my ears!. I feel confident with her treating my ears.

Wearing hearing aids being a new experience for me, I was a bit apprehensive about meeting an audiologist. I saw Tori Blomquist. She is an expert Audiologist. She helped me clean my ear and then performed the hearing tests on me to confirm that I have sudden hearing loss at high frequencies in the left ear. She spent a great deal of time with me on every step and explained in detail the ear damage, and the urgency to now see the ENT doctors asap for a hopeful treatment.
