Very positive experience in getting my wife's molded hearing aid repaired. It was sent off for repair and took a little longer than expected but it works fine. The person who helped with the fitting was excellent and even downloaded an app to help my wife adjust the volume of the hearing aid. The hearing aid was purchased through my ENT originally and their audiologist never told us about the app for the phonak hearing aid. I would definitely recommend HearUSA in the Duluth GA office to others.
I moved and had to find a new audiologist that carried my brand of hearing aide (Widex). Hear USA in Duluth, GA was very helpful and friendly when I originally called. The same good experience when I visited in person. No wait to see the audiologist. She was very informative, listenedd to me, and fixed my broken hearing aide....then offered suggestions for followup assessments.
All services were handled professionally well. I look forward to their continued help in maintaining my hearing devices. I give them 5 stars. Bjh
Completed my first hearing exam in a while at HearUSA. Signing up for the appointment was easy and my exam with Caitlin was even easier. In was in/out in under an hour.
This was my second visit and Kaitlyn and Courtney are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and understanding and they make us feel welcomed and valued. Keep up the good work!
