Great place to do business. I was not happy with the first set of hearing aids so I took them back within the 60 day trial period. They refunded me the full price and I ordered a replacement (a different brand) and all is good now. There was no fuss and I was treated fairly and friendly. Thanks
My mother was referred for her hearing. Dr Lorber gave her a thorough exam. He told her what we had been telling her for years, and she's expected to get her hearing aids next week. I went for my exam to make sure I wasn't experiencing hearing loss. I'm not. I really appreciate Dr. Lorber for his caring and professional manner .
