My Aunt was handled very rude by the audiologist there at this store. Kristina shouldn’t have a job being that unprofessional and unpleasant in this line of business. She yelled she’s turned up the hearing aids from the door as that should fix the problem that wasn’t fixed the two times my aunt had been in the store. Everything about the visit was wonderful! The front desk person (Liz) was efficient & kind. The audiologist was great! She explained everything well. There was no pressure to buy hearing aids nor to upgrade to a more expensive set of hearing aids.

My was told they would closed from noon to 1:00pm for lunch. We arrived at 11:30am doors we're lock. Sign on door said lunch from 12:00pm to 12:30pm. I called left message and phone number and didn't not get a back.

Never even made it to see the doctor. I took a month to get referral sent for my mother. I knew something was up when this place never called to confirm the appointment or verify her referral. Luckily for me, I’ve learned to make two appointments for every thing she needs. I got her in at Beltones where they had her referral ready and all her paperwork work in order. I’m SICK OF THE ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE OF YOUR OFFICES!
