The audiologist is such a nice man and very helpful. However, my left hearing aid which I think we thought was working is not working again! I guess we will have to schedule another appointment!
Already a hearing aid wearer, I was in need of a new pair. I was impressed at my initial visit with the Hearing Specialist and his knowledge regarding my specific hearing loss and the products that were best suited according to my needs. I was surprised to learn that I had a week trial period, which ended up to be a great thing since I did end up purchasing another model. Highly recommend Hear USA
Joseph Vitelli is very knowledgeable and puts you at ease. He demonstrates the hearing aids carefully so we understand..he accepts any questions graciously and is always happy to help with anything. He explained the process including how the financing works so it was easily understood. I would definitely recommend him and HearUSA to anyone with hearing issues no matter how minor.
I have been dealing with Joseph Vitello, H.A.S. at HEAR USA for the last six years. I have been fitted with my second pair of hearing aids and the support that he has given me is outstanding.
Outstanding! I can hear again. What a difference. Hearing Doctor and Staff were the greatest. The Doctor took the time to explain and show me everything I needed to know, to use my new hearing aid. I happy I made the choice to get one. Thank you
