my hearing aid stop working so I called for an appointment, they made my appointment for the very next day, and the young lady at the front desk took all my information and I was in and out in a few minutes with a fixed hearing aid. everyone was very helpful and friendly. so if I have any more problems I will definitely go back to them again.
My first appointment last year, I would have had to pay $3,000 up front to receive the hearing aid. But here we are a year later and I don't have 2 pay up front Hear USA will bill my insurance company. This made things better even though it was a year later.
Courtney is the best. Easy to make an appointment. Fixed and cleaned my aids and I was on my way. Than you.
We were very pleased with our visit. We learned some things that we did not know and were told differently at another place. We definitely will return when needed.
Nothing is perfect, but the hearing exam was the best I've had in 25 yrs.
