Hi my husband and I got our new hearing aids today. Great experience with Paul. He took his time with both of us first time was testing. He explains everything on both visits. Shannon is the receptionist, greeted us with a smile helped with the paperwork. We highly recommend not only seniors but anyone having hearing problems. You will never be disappointed. Rancho office is the best.

Paul is fantastic! I’ve had my hearing Aids for just over a year. He is so kind to adjust the settings, replace the filters and speaker wires when needed. I feel comfortable speaking with him and he always takes care of me. Would recommend to anyone who has hearing loss!
