Rynda Andrew, the audiologist, is a highly professional and caring person. She goes out of her way to make sure that your hearing aids are working correctly. She also takes time to help you find resources if you need additional help. I have severe hearing loss and she explained the overall cochlear implant process and provided me with potential resources for more information as well as possible surgeons. I highly recommend the Hear USA Griffin office.

Rynda recommended the best possible hearing aids. She had them cut down to fit better and with the programming my hearing is the best it has been in many years. She is an excellent problem solver. I would gladly recommend her to anyone with hearing issues.
HearUSA in Griffin has been a blessing to us. The fact that we can get excellent care without trying to get into Atlanta helps so much. Tammy runs the office professionally . She is always able to answer my questions and schedule appointments. Rynda is an excellent diagnostician and provides a solution to any hearing problems I have had. She is extremely competent, in the testing, programming, fitting and maintenance of my hearing aids. They both provide the utmost care so that I am able to hear the very best that I can.
