Just had my fitting! These new hearing aids are life-changing already. They're so comfortable; I wasn't expecting that, though I did have high hopes. Beyond my questions, all of which were answered, I received excellent advice & tips. Rynda, aside from her sincerity & kindness, is the ultimate voice of experience. Every concern, from proper insertion, charging, phone setup, app features, programming & more, was thoroughly addressed. This has been a superb experience!

I recently got new Widex hearing aids. Having worn hearing aids since 2010, I though I knew what to expect. Rynda Andrew gave a complete examination and asked a number of questions. She learned that my previous hearing aids did not stay in my ears very well. She explained why they kept coming out and how custom fit ear molds would keep them in place. I recently purchased hearing aids from HEAR USA Griffin and am very pleased with the examination, the knowledge of Rynda, who promptly and satisfactorily answered my questions, as well as good fitting and programing. Griffin needs such a hearing service such as Rynda gives at HEARUSA.

Rynda Andrew, the audiologist, is a highly professional and caring person. She goes out of her way to make sure that your hearing aids are working correctly. She also takes time to help you find resources if you need additional help. I have severe hearing loss and she explained the overall cochlear implant process and provided me with potential resources for more information as well as possible surgeons. I highly recommend the Hear USA Griffin office.
