Steve,took his time and explained everything to me and didn't rush through the information before, during and after the audio exam.. I felt well informed when I left, with the information be provided me with. I would recommend them, if you are having trouble with your hearing.
Very disappointed with how this office verifies insurance. I called 3 weeks ago to schedule and ask if they take my father’s insurance and provided all insurance information. Tracy took down my information and said yes we do take the insurance. Now the day before the appointment I receive a call from Tracy asking for insurance information, I told her I provided that 3 weeks ago when it was scheduled and I was told my insurance was in network. Service with a smile. It's been a year since my husband got his hearing aids. At 79, he's not the most tech savvy person. Nevertheless, he is always treated respectfully and courteously whenever we stop in with a question. You can buy good hearing aids anywhere, but excellent service is rare
Excellent service they made me feel really comfortable in learning and accepting wearing hearing aids and there door is always open if you have problems and concern they are new age small and comfortable a person doent even know Im wearing them steve is great and his personality is awesome he know his job well staff is very nice as well hear to hearing usa
Only thing I can say about Hear USA is that my Dr Michael DeRosa is great. He is passionate, personable about what he does.
