I got my 2nd set of hearing aids here. Lauren was amazing! She has since left and getting help is very trying. First I find my new phone won’t work with my hearing aids without a clip on blue tooth device, another $250…trying to get any answers from HearUSA was next to impossible! Then I needed to get a new receiver piece. Almost a month for first appointment. Since I’m out of warranty I knew I Had to pay. $50 just to be seen and parts on top. The audio tech Lauren was very professional and thorough. Dealing with my insurance was complex. Lauren went the extra mile and never gave up until every issue was resolved. She was very patient with me and explained every option. She earned my trust and my business. TY
Have purchased 2 pairs of hearing aids from HearUSA over the years and have been very pleased with them and Lauren is a wonderful person. She goes out of her way to help you if you need service or to show you something. Recommend getting your hearing aids ther. You will not be disappointed.
Lauren was very thorough, professional, and extremely patient and kind. What a difference hearing aids make! I’m so glad we met Laura and my mom is excited to hear what she has been missing!
Always a pleasant experience. Very professional and explain everything in detail. Had to replace a hearing aid my puppy ate. Covered by warranty. Would recommend Hear USA to anyone considering hearing aids.
