Very knowledgeable and kind staff. My hearing aids were due for an upgrade and I was amazed at options now available. It is nice to control for environment situations and volume from my phone. My daughter was with me and treated with respect answering her questions and including her in decisions. Instructions for follow up care clear and available. I am thankful for this new level of hearing.

I have been working with Hear-x for over 15yr. and have worked with four of their offices. All of them have been a great help to my mother-in-law, my wife and me. The employees have alway been very helpful. I have to say, that the Simi Valley, Ca. location Is at the top of my list. They have help above & beyond the norm. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They go above and beyond. My hearing aid needed another silicone ear piece, and my aid was over the warranty period, but they replaced it anyway. That’s pretty rare these days.
