RecommendedI was first greeted by the receptionist who was very helpful and courteous and answered all my questions. Upon seeing Dr. Green he examined my ears and evaluated the proper process needed to obtain a hearing test which will be a complete in depth testing to evaluate what type of hearing devices I will need. He's also very professional and courteous and I highly recommend Hear USA to everyone. Awesome place as I left there feeling better. thanks Hear USA.

RecommendedI recommend Sergio at the Valencia, CA location. I first got hearing aids 4 years ago and they never worked. after 3 years I was notified I could get new ones and I paid and got new ones. All from a different location. i went back 5 times always complaining i didn't have clarity. i gave up. when I received an email from Nate at Palm Springs location I called and told him I hated my aids. RecommendedIt was not so good at the first Hear USA we visited. However, the Great staff at the Moreno Valley location took professional care to help us with our hearing aid needs. A complete 180 from the Murrieta’s location treatment.
