RecommendedI had a consult with Kelly Scoggins, at the La Jolla Office, yesterday. Kelly is always extremely helpful and a great communicator. I'm 4+ years into my current Widex Evoke hearing aids that she helped me buy and have started the search for a replacement. Kelley cleaned and adjusted my current pair and suggested I try the current Widex "Moment," which she loaned me to try for 10 days, but indicated that she'd show me other brands I had mentioned, if I wanted to try them. RecommendedI dived into pool and forgot my aids were in......took them into my local HEAR USA Downey CA and had them dried out. I also needed the ear plugs changed and received help and also had the app placed on my phone. TY ladies for all your help
