RecommendedI called their office this morning for a maintenance service. I thought I’ll have to wait for some days to get an appointment. The staff was so nice. She told me that we can come today at 10 or 11:00 AM . We went for the 11:00 AM and was graciously helped. The staff were very helpful and nice. Our hearing aids were working so good! Thank you so much! You were such a blessing to us! God bless your staff and your business!!!

RecommendedService with a big S! Aside from the outstanding products they sell & support, the staff including the technicians, are themselves State of the Art. They are personable, experienced and good listeners. You will walk out with the best hearing you’ve had since you were a kid. They accept most insurances, trust me they’ve got the handle on hearing aids.

RecommendedThis was an easy process. The staff was efficient, and Dr Ambrose treated me as if he had all the time in the world. He explained the hearing aids, operation, cleaning, and synched my phone with them. I know I will have an adjustment period, but feel well equipped to handle this. I highly recommend Hear USA.
