RecommendedI recommend Sergio at the Valencia, CA location. I first got hearing aids 4 years ago and they never worked. after 3 years I was notified I could get new ones and I paid and got new ones. All from a different location. i went back 5 times always complaining i didn't have clarity. i gave up. when I received an email from Nate at Palm Springs location I called and told him I hated my aids. RecommendedIt was not so good at the first Hear USA we visited. However, the Great staff at the Moreno Valley location took professional care to help us with our hearing aid needs. A complete 180 from the Murrieta’s location treatment.

RecommendedFirst time customer. Very pleasant experience. Courteous staff very professional and kind. My doctor was great and he went above and beyond in my opinion. He answered all my inquiries about my ears and did not rush me along. I was throughly informed of all my options and I did not feel pressured into anything.
