RecommendedI went to my 1st appointment and to my delight my hearing aids were programmed and ready for me when I got there. The woman who assisted me (sorry, her name escapes me at the moment) was very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained everything very clearly so that I understood. She demonstrated how everything worked, then had me do it myself so that when I left there, I was confident that I could operate my new hearing aids appropriately. My hearing aids are rechargeable so I don't have to worry about changing batteries ever... read more
