Hear USA staff members were very helpful, considerate, and adjusted the appliances at a reasonable cost (since I hadn't bought them there.). Brandon was my first contact and not only did he arrange a reasonable cost, gave me detailed directions to their office. The wonderful technician Evelyn not only adjusted the appliances perfectly, she also went the extra mile and made sure they were paired with my bluetooth!
