The last time it happened I was hours in urgent care. He got it out first try and saved me another trip to urgent care. He was amazing. I always have a pleasant experience and the Brownwood center..

RecommendedMy appointment was very good. The young woman at the desk greeted me warmly and handed me the paperwork that I needed to fill out, highlighting the areas I needed to fill out. Arlene took care of me and explained the process. I was pleasantly surprised at how the technology for the testing has advanced. She made some changes to my hearing aids and also on my phone app. She was very thorough. I felt well taken care of.
