RecommendedHear USA has helped me with aids that truly fit correctly & when our phone carrier Verizon incorrectly cut our phone off causing some important 'oooops' to happen with my aids where I could only hear through 1 ear at a time & my app went a bit weird as a result (it wouldn't connect with my aids), they put things 'back together' without me feeling like an idiot .... Rynda really knows her 'stuff' and is over the top when it comes to customer service!
