RecommendedThey were very nice and efficient. My hearing aids from somewhere else I was not happy with broke. I was able to take my deceased husband's hearing aids he had gotten at HearUSA in and had a hearing test and then fitted to my hearing loss. When I asked what I owed they said nothing. I felt like I got the most wonderful gift. I can hear everything again.

Recommendedtoday on 8/23/22 was my very first visit to hear USA ..the staff there is very friendly and restful..i would definitely recommend someone else who has a hearing loss to go and visit their facility on East Chester road in the Bronx..

RecommendedI had expected a somewhat hard sell on hearing aids but that was not the case. My hearing test didn’t reveal a need for hearing but signaled a different kind of problem. The audiologist was good and she was clear. She wants me to see specialists in a nearby town that can look more specifically recommend treatment for what she was seeing. I’m very grateful for this experience and how it was explained and her suggestions for a follow up diagnosis and treatment.
