fantastic on ribs i used siracha as a base rub then applied this before smoking and then when wrapping. turned out fantastic will be buying again

4.0 out of 5 stars Nice Addition to Rub Pantry I have used this rub twice: ribs and pork steak......along with Crawford's Peach Spritz...........very, very good. I cannot wait to use the same combo on a pork butt that I plan to smoke in a couple of weeks!
Best rib rub I've used - unbelievably perfect with pork. This rub is amazing! I was a bit dubious at first, but on ribs nothing goes better. I used this combined with the chipotle version of the rub (60 apple/40 chipotle, apple applied first) for a delicious sweet, smokey warm flavour, wrapped it with honey, butter and brown sugar before finishing it off with Jack Daniels BBQ glaze. This is the best bought rub combo I've ever used and I've tried quite a few!
