5.0 out of 5 stars BQ like a pro. Use the rub on ribs and wrap in alum foil, leave it in the fridge overnight. Bake at 350 f for 90 min. better than anything from a rib shack.

I also used it recently on an Atlantic salmon filet and it was excellent. It has a great sweet flavor without being too sweet. I would definitely recommend this rub to friends!
