Really great rub although the price is pretty high This is a really good rub to use on your turkey chicken Cornish game hen really whatever you want to cook I use it on poultry. And I'll inject whatever meat I'm going to rub this stuff down with with Tony chicharelli's jalapeno butter and then I use this heathrow's barbecue rub all over the meat after I inject it and it comes out delicious. It was a little crazy to spend $24 something for a 2 lb bag of seasoning but I did it it'll last a while. Would I try to find a better p... read more

My Go-To for Wings Excellent on chicken wings or thighs. Nutty and sweet. No worries about making too salty. We each add heat at the table with our individually preferred hot sauces. If you like some heat in the seasoning add some red pepper or mix in some cajun seasoning to taste.
Everyone should try this rub… This rub is great on everything…even on my breakfast eggs…
