5.0 out of 5 stars Apple ribs by Malcolm Reed and Heath Riles. Used it on some baby backs with his pecan and honey rubs. Added a helping of apple butter, wrapped in foil, then glazed with apple jelly and some of his sweet BBQ sauce. Those ribs were very tasty.
