5.0 out of 5 stars Surprisingly good Purchased as a gift for son with new smoker wo also likes some serious heat, this was very tasty on half a pork loin, even for someone like me who prefers a little less heat. The jalapeno was not at all overpowering and the garlic flavor was as much a star flavor.... nicely balanced seasoning. Highly recommended!

4.0 out of 5 stars this is great stuff I would give it 5 stars (it tastes great!!!)... but the sugar candies and creates a hard outer layer, which when you start to pull things apart, ribs essentially shred instead for separate. Even cutting with a knife, things shread rather than cut nicely. This GREAT on a port shoulder though.
