Heather was fantastic and has patience of a Mother Theresa. Buying a house is a stressful process. It’s hard giving it time to go through proper channels once you’re ready to get moved in. Heather knew this, and always stayed positive and reassuring! Heather was always available to me whenever I needed her and always updated me. Heather made my experience great because she was so understanding and assisted me in getting together all the information needed to get my loan approved. She was encouraging at every step!!! She was very patient with me and when I was discouraged she always encouraged me to be patient because it’s a long process . In a nutshell she was wonderful !!
