Called a couple times and left a message but she never responded back. Then I emailed and I did eventually get a response. I don't always prefer to communicate through email. The phone is the next closest you're going to get to "in person" communication over email. I recommend more telephone communication vs solely email communication. Other than that, Heather did answer all of my questions that I needed answered which was appreciated. She was friendly the whole time which was also appreciated. Thanks
