It wasn't so much Heather, she did a good job. But our experience Patricia was horrible, we felt threatened. She was rude and actually told us if I could give her a current address the loan would be denied, and that's after I told her that my husband took care of the lease because I was unavailable. That's just one thing, we felt like it was racial, it just seemed like she was doing everything in her power so that the loan would not be approved. Too many errors on communication levels. Not knowing anything on VA materials, who is a DISABLED VETERAN to a REGULAR VETERAN. Staff got too ANGRILY with me as the purchaser. Staff is very rude on communication by phone calls, showed me only she could call me, but I could not call her. Everything was based on EMAIL MESSAGES, yet she calls me, and say to call her back, yet never answered my calls. I found that to be VERY RUDE. I will make a note to Veterans Administration as well. Zero stars....They will not answer the call. Only through email and they will not give any contingency. They will humiliate you by saying you are not qualified until you do this that...ETC. I got approval from the other three lenders with the same conditions. They will not answer the phone call. Only email communication. At any cost don't go with this lender. WORST RESPONSE. They will tie up with builders and both will give you the same answer. Zero knowledge..

Missed conference call, no response to emails from ‚Äúthe team‚Äù. I felt that I had to manage process. When I wanted info no response, but when frost wanted it had to be immediate! Also the ‚Äúvideo updates‚Äù were totally annoying and not relevant

I closed on may 5th, 2021. A month later on June 8th, I get called to come sign a recapture with NM land and title. This recapture was never discussed with me before this date. I didn't even know both loans were through MFA. Heather explained nothing to me about these loans. She only communicated through e-mail besides to tell me I was wrong for complaining about her not responding and to threaten to cancel the loan two days before closing. Never go through frost mortgage.

The lack of responding to questions should be addressed. I asked for a second quote on a different house and that was entirely ignored and now I am asking about the current loan I am getting and I can't get a response back.
