Need assistance I had to visit the leasing office today for a maintenance request and met property manager CS and she was so pleasant and informative thank you.Kindness can go a long way .

Tyelisha butler I've been living here for a while now and I love it. The staff is great with keeping up with the property. The newest property manager CS is great she's making my stay here easy she's very understanding. most places you cannot find a good team including maintenance. At Heather Glen do not have to worry about that here. Any problem that I have had with in my unit has gotten handle in a timely manner. 10/10 I would recommend this property if you're looking for a good home.

Love! The property manager CS was really helpful with helping me when I inquired on Heather Glen! She was so friendly, greeted me with a beautiful warm smile, and answered all of my questions with so much grace and patience. She was just so welcoming. We need more of that! I really appreciated the experience and if all goes well, I hope to be a new resident soon!

First apartment in Columbus Upon a lengthy apartment search, I finally found one to “write home” about… quite literally. Shakhia (Heather Glen Townhome’s leasing agent) was very helpful and assisted me throughout this entire process, making it a seamless one. I can’t wait to call this townhome “home” as I begin the move-in process during this month.
