Heather and her team are extremely easy to work with. When I initially contacted her about a construction loan, she was upfront about the fact that Atlantic Bay may not be competitive in that area and I may want to shop around. I greatly appreciated her honesty, and was very happy that they were in fact competitive and I was able to proceed using them. I had a wonderful experience with Heather. She guided my every step of the way. Unfortunately I didn’t have such a great experience with the Morgage document person. I explained that this was my first home purchase. She kept requesting my bank statement and I couldn’t print what she wanted. When I reached out and called I didn’t get a return call. Had she just advised me to call my bank to get the statement it could have saved me a lot of aggravation , time , paper and ink. I was so aggravated I threatened to finance throug... read more
