Maintainence team was amazing. My bathroom door locked from the outside and they came right away on a Sunday and fixed it. Excellent service and excellent maintenance team!

John , Ray, Jason, and Danny are wonderful. They are courteous efficient and so competent. Do it with a smile. They do it with comfort and easy. Makes me feel I am important.

I don't know if my review was submitted properly, so I'm writing it again. The maintenance dept at Heatherwood is the best. My problem was addressed fast. Dan was very friendly, thorough, and professional. The Super, John, is, as always, helpful and followed up on the work to make sure it was correct. He made sure I was happy with the job. I wouldn't want anyone else as the Super. John is the best.
