Maintenance department is top of the line at Crystal Pond. Prompt attention. Excellent customer service. Friendly and responds to requests in a timely manner. Special shout out to PAT.

The maintenance guy was very knowledgeable about keeping my dishwasher working properly and he even cleaned the bottom and sides of the inside of the dishwasher and reset it, so that it will run a cycle as usual. He even showed me some helpful advice/tips on keeping my dishwasher working at its best. I would DEFINITELY recommend this maintenance worker and for sure use him again!

The maintenance man came the next day to change the battery in my bedroom smoke detector. They came on time as requested a specific day and the specific time slot. He was profession, and was in and out of my apartment and resolved the issue. Good job.

The maintenance guy did an amazing job! My only complaint is that he left two faint scratches on the inside of my toilet bowl, other than that, no other issues
