Prior to my appointment here at Heaton Family Chiropractic I was nervous due to a bad experience years ago. As I arrived I was greeted with an amazing staff and a very welcoming and clean atmosphere. Dr. Heaton took time and asked questions followed by a few exams and then he preformed my adjustments. Dr.Heaton did an amazing job. I left there feeling so much better. My fear of going to the chiropractor is gone.
The staff is amazing. Very accommodating and friendly. Doctor Heaton asks how you’re feeling and spends time with your adjustments. He doesn’t rush you out like other places. The office also offers therapy and massages. I highly recommend Heaton Family Chiropractic.
I went to Heaton Family Chiropractic with a handful of issues. The staff is fabulous and Dr. Heaton worked diligently evaluate my problems and find the best treatment. I have been adjusted, received a deep tissue massage and worked with a physical therapist who provided stretching and strengthening exercises for my problem areas. Top notch!
My first experience (today) was a very positive one! The office is clean, cheery, and very welcoming each staff member I saw was friendly, professional, and efficient. Dr. Heaton was comprehensive in his initial evaluation, communicated very clearly, and had an engaging manner. The entire experience was positive.
Entryu staff are always nice, and are very pleasant people, and great to deal with. Appointments are normally on time. Dr Heaton asks, and listens to what is going on with you. Exit staff are also pleasant, and great to work with when setting up follow up appointments...if needed. My only complaints: 1 Needs the tilting tables, to allow you to get on while standing 2 seperate, lower wider table for doing lower back 'twist' adjustment would be nice 3 Would be nice to have to have a 'Tens' combo with roller table to loo... read more
